IMPORTANT: All purchased lamps have to be installed by a certified electrician.

Please remember that all Gesso lamps are carefully handmade and therefore two Gesso lamps will never be identical - which can vary in color, texture, intensity, and visual appearance - it is a unique piece of design you have purchased.

Product liability

Failure to follow the terms of use and following instructions will result in loss of warranty. Please make sure the following instructions is read and understood before any use of the product(lamp):

This product(lamp) is only intended to be used as a table, do not use the products in any other way or with any other intention.
The product(lamp) is only for inside use. Do not place the product in any situation exposing it to humid air, rain, or any other source of water. The product is not for outside use.
Do not clean or wash the product(lamp) with any source of water or chemical cleaning product such as acidic or soapy products including and dissolving agents or chemically unsafe products.
Clean only with a damp cloth.
The material in this product(lamp) is biodegradable. If exposed to water/rain/humid air the material in the tabletop will decompose.
Do not intentionally try to decompose the material. Discarded product(lamp) and materials must be safely disposed of according to local regulations.
If the product(lamp) is damaged, scratched, broken - under all circumstances - do not use this product, until a certified person has approved any further use of this product(lamp).
The producer is no longer liable if the product(lamp) is damaged, broken or in any way altered, modified, changed from the original.
Contact the producer for any questions regarding use of the product, if uncertain regarding the instructions or terms of use.

Returns - damaged

If your Gesso Lamp is in any way damaged or broken upon receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will exchange it for a new Gesso lamp free of charge. We will email you a return label within 1-2 business days after contacting us. We will arrange and pay for the return of the broken Gesso lamp and shipping of the new Gesso lamp. Remember to reuse the original packaging if possible, to maximize the protection of the Gesso lamp when shipped.

Returns - exchange

If you want to exchange your purchased Gesso Lamp to another colour we are happy to do that. Gesso Lamps for exchange must be free of stains and any signs from being used, otherwise we cannot accept it. We will email you a return label within 1-2 business days after contacting us and arrange for the return. We will deduct a fee from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to Denmark. Remember to reuse the original packaging if possible, to maximize the protection of the Gesso lamp when shipped.

Returns - refund

If your Gesso Lamp does not meet expectations we are happy to refund your purchase within the first 14 days from when you received the lamps. Gesso Lamps for refund must be free of stains and any signs from being used, otherwise we cannot accept it. We will email you a return label within 1-2 business days after contacting us and arrange for the return.

If you want a refund after the first 14 days from when you received the lamp we are also happy to do that, but will deduct a fee from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to Denmark.

Always reuse the original packaging, to maximize the protection of the Gesso lamp when shipped.

Once the returned Gesso lamp is received by Gesso Project, the Gesso lamp will be exchanged or refunded as per your request within 4 weeks.

Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and exchanged or refunded by Gesso Project.

Age Restrictions

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

Warranty

All products from Gesso Project come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the material, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear.

Payment

All prices include Danish VAT. Gessoproject.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On gessoprojects.com prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK). Shipping times for regular service outside of Denmark are 5-18 business days, and as a regular service inside Denmark 2-4 business days. Gessoproject.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. Local customs and duties may apply upon import, these are not covered by Gessoproject.com and need to be paid by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in connection with Gesso Project products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Gesso Project. Gesso Project trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Gesso Project. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in Gesso Project’ products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of Gesso Project. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.

Force Majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.

Confirmation

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
